"We started attending Mini Music Makers when my daughter was about 6 months old, and our first classes were at Helping Friendly Farm - a truly magical place in general, and then add in Ms. Colby and her music class and it is baby/toddler heaven (and mommy/daddy lol) We instantly fell in love with music class, each week there was a different theme, but also some recurring songs too which she very quickly began to recognize. We look forward to music class every week, there is a wonderful sense of community there, and everyone is so welcoming and friendly. We had a three month stretch where our daughter was in a spica cast (full body cast) due to hip dysplasia, and music class was a very bright spot for us during that time, I truly believe that music and community can be healing. I am so grateful we found Ms. Colby and Mini Music Makers, my daughter is now almost 18 months and music class day is still our most favorite day of the week."

The weekly classes provide our children with consistency and routine, but offer something new and different each week. Colby is the founder of mini music makers, she's a young mom
who pours her heart and soul into her classes. She plans details,
locations and themes with love and care from the most charming
family friendly farm where the children get to enjoy petting the
cutest donkeys, pigs, goats and chickens after a full hour class of
singing and dancing to a physical development center where kids
follow up class with moon bounces and imromptu relay races led
by Miss Colby herself. She has known My babies for just about a
whole year and in that time she has made it a point to know my
sons favorite color and make sure he gets his blue scarf and
shakey egg for every music class and also let my daughter Shay
help her lead classes in front of the others because she enjoys to
be in front of a crowd. She has taught my shy two year old it's ok
to come out of his shell on his own time , never pushy or
overwhelming but always ready to cheer him on when he gets his
moments of confidence. We love her so much that we booked her
to come to our home for my daughters first birthday where she
brought every prop including bubble machines, instruments and
her infamous parachute. Her classes truly are an experience we
have made lifelong memories from "trick or treating" in our
costumes to a fabulous holiday "party" with songs from various
different cultures. Although her business is "new" she runs it with
utmost, care, compassion and professionalism. She is a wonderful
mom and that shines through in every class .... My son and
daughter have been so positively impacted by attending her
classes we will continue to support her and cheer for her in
everything she does. My son loves to play superheros and knights but he also loves to sit down and play "Miss Colby" where he
strums his little guitar, hands out instruments and sings, her
impact will be long lasting on little minds and hearts. We love
Miss Colby !"
